How to Use
Use in the morning and night after cleansing or/and toning face. Dispense 3-4 drops onto palm and gently pat in serum across the face and neck. Use alone or mix up to 3 serums according to your needs.

Why are IREN Shizen serums customizable?
No two skins are alike. Just because your friend's skin responds well to a certain product doesn't mean it will be good for you. That's why we created seven serums with specific targeting functions, which serve up to 35 unique combinations for you to mix and match around for the tailored solution for your skin needs.
How do I know which serums are the best for me?
Our resident dermatologist has developed an online quiz that considers your skin concerns, background, and lifestyle. This quiz asks the same questions that she would ask a patient in the clinic to determine the best serums to meet your needs. Do I have to mix the different serums?
To get the best results, we recommend mixing different serums from our collection. You can use them alone or layer them, or even combine up to three serums. We found through research that many people have multiple skin concerns at once, so mixing can address those concerns simultaneously. Our serums are encapsulated, which means they can be mixed without losing efficiacy. The encapsulation technology keeps the active ingredients fresh, separate, and prevents oxidation.
Why is it advisable to mix up to 3 serums only?
We have performed countless tests to determine the optimal amount of active ingredients needed for the best results. Adding more serum to the mix will mean that the amount of active ingredients in each serum will be too little to have a good effect on the skin.
How often do I need to use the serums before seeing the result?
Everyone's skin is different, so the results vary depending on your skin health. For the average adult, it takes around 28 days for skin cells to turn over, so, as a general rule of thumb, you should only start to see real changes in your skin after between four to six weeks of consistent use.
Can I use the serums around my eyes?
Yes, as long as you have chosen a suitable formulation for your skin. There are three serums that are specially formulated to address under-eye concerns.

Your satisfaction is at the core of what we do. As every skin reacts differently, we promise to guarantee you a return and full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with any of our products, no questions asked. Limited to first-time purchase customers only.
To initiate a return, please email contact@irenshizen.com with your order number and a photo of your specific item. When your return is accepted, you will receive instructions about the return shipping process; how and where to send your package. We take about ten business days to process your exchange or refund from our receipt of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Your financial institution may take some time to reflect on the transaction.
Damages And Issues
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or arrived different from your placed order. We will evaluate the issue and resolve them as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for products on auto-replenishment, gifts with purchases, or promotional items. Any damaged products as a result of external factors, e.g. damaged bottles due to mishandling, are not covered by this return policy.
We also do not accept returns for items purchased from our stockists. Contact the store you purchased from if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Exchanges
A speedy exchange is possible; as soon as you request to return the item you have. Once we have processed and accepted the return, you can make a separate purchase for the item you want right away.
Refunds
You will be notified once your refund is approved, only after we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s). If approved, you will automatically be refunded in full amount on your original payment method, minus a processing fee of $15 per product returned, excluding shipping and taxes incurred. Refund will be made within 7 business days from when we receive your returned item(s).
Lost / Damaged Returns
We recommend that you insure your parcels and return the items via registered post. This will ensure you do not risk lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure them.
